25’ CAMP PARENT’S LETTER
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We’re excited to invite your student to join us for Rally Youth Conference 2025 this summer! This trip will be a fantastic time of worship, teaching, fun, and friendship as we grow together in faith. Below you’ll find all the key details about our plans.
📅 Trip Dates:
Wednesday, July 16 – Saturday, July 19, 2025
🎯 Conference Location:
The Father’s House, Vacaville, CA
🏨 Lodging:
Hyatt Place Vacaville
🎢 Bonus Activity:
Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, CA
✅ Cost Includes:
Conference admission
Hotel lodging
Transportation in our van
Six Flags ticket
❗ What’s NOT included:
Meals during travel and Six Flags day
Spending money for snacks, souvenirs, or extra food
We recommend sending additional cash or a card with your student for meals at Six Flags and on the road.
✅ Packing List Suggestions:
Bible / journal
Comfortable clothes and walking shoes
Reusable water bottle
Swimsuit
Toiletries and personal items
Small backpack or bag for day trips
Please encourage your student to pack light—we have limited van space.
✅ Safety & Supervision:
Our adult leaders will be with students at all times. We will have:
Regular group check-ins at Six Flags
Clearly established curfews
Devotional and reflection times each evening
✅ Departure and Return:
Departure: Wednesday, July 16 at 6:00 AM from Real Life Church
Return: Saturday night, estimated between 10:30–11:30 PM
We will communicate any changes to our arrival time during the return trip.

✅ Permission Slip:
Please be sure to fill out the permission slip attached to this blog post and return it before departure.
If you are unable to access a printer, do not worry. We will have permission slips printed and ready for you the day we depart.
